In my role as a coach to executives, managers and entrepreneurs, I support my clients to break through barriers and expand their capabilities. I’m fueled by challenge and believe we become better through setbacks and adversity. As a communication expert and trainer I’m able to empower my clients by teaching them how to use communication to overcome their problems and achieve the grandest of goals.

I have earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Commerce, Reality Therapy Certification, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching with Royal Roads University. Prior to starting my career in coaching, I developed, marketed and delivered group programs for women on topics ranging from body image, to relationships, career, personal balance, and becoming successfully self-employed. As well as coaching one-on-one, I offer group coaching, corporate workshops and frequently speak on communication, relationships and conflict management.

“I started working with Vicki because I saw a great opportunity to strengthen our team and to create a better awareness of each others' strengths. I really liked how she projected a positive framework from which to develop a greater sense of team and individual and collective strengths. This is the opposite of coming in as ‘You're broken we need to fix you’ as so many consultants do.  Vicki is very positive and affirming, focusing on what your current strengths are and opportunities for growth and development. She was so optimistic and uplifting our people were really excited for the second part of her training.

I also liked her very informal approach. She is relatable to people on an everyday level instead of teaching concepts on an academic level. She brings in personal stories and examples from her home life, and the audience thinks ‘this person doesn't have all the answers, but they have been through it themselves.’ This makes her more relatable and respectful. She shows practical examples of where it made a difference in her own life. Not everyone wants to divulge or risk putting themselves out there like she does, and this makes her more effective.
