Vicki Fenn, President of Vicki Fenn Life Coach Inc is a professional personal and executive coach who for the past 25 years has helped people define their purpose and direction, strengthen their communication and relationship skills, and achieve balance between their personal and professional lives.

Vicki has a Bachelor of Commerce, Reality Therapy Certification, and is currently completing her Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching with Royal Roads University, and combines her background in these areas to enable leaders to understand behaviors that increase their leadership, management, and personal effectiveness
Vicki’s clients include senior executives and upper level managers in such areas as utilities, fund raising, healthcare, law, medicine, insurance, entertainment, consulting, finance, mining, aboriginal relations, retail, education, ministry, administration, writing, and real estate. She feels privileged to strengthen her clients’ “inner leaders” by focusing on developing frameworks and tools which help them face their unique practical issues and challenges both personally and professionally.

In her role as a coach to executives, managers and entrepreneurs, Vicki’s warmth and active communication style serve to support and motivate her clients to expand their unique capabilities. Her dedication to supporting her clients to achieve independence and sustainability is realized in her natural ability to guide them in recognizing and changing hidden beliefs that previously have hindered their realization of optimal satisfaction.

Prior to starting her career in one-on-one coaching, Vicki developed, marketed and delivered group programs for women on topics ranging from body image, to relationships, career, personal balance, and becoming successfully self employed.

She currently lives in Ladner, BC with her husband of 25 years and their three daughters and enjoys various activities including squash, basketball and running.
